This workshop is for anyone who has signs of incontinence (even a drip), back pain or general back aches or anyone looking to prevent these issues.
You will learn:
- How your spine alignment can cause incontinence and how to solve it
- What neutral spine is and how to find it in your body
- Why neutral spine is important for back health, eliminating pain and how it relates to pelvic floor
- How to strengthen your pelvic floor to reduce & eliminate incontinence issues
