Pilates Jump board is a low impact cardio workout that simulates running and jumping without the stress on the hips, knees and feet. This exciting high energy workout will focus on interval style training; alternating jumping with regular Pilates reformer and core exercises to achieve a balanced yet challenging full body workout.
A chair workout is excellent for strengthening the core muscles as well as the arms and the legs. You will develop balance, strength, mobility and confidence in your body. Exercises are done lying, sitting, and standing on the chair, as well as from positions to the sides of the chair. One can expect a lot of stability and flexibility work on the chair.
The Reformer is the most popular piece of equipment in the Pilates World. It is a very versatile apparatus allowing a wide range of progressive resistance training to help develop proper alignment, core strength, coordination and flexibility. The movements performed on the reformer range from fundamental to advanced.
Through a system of springs and bars, the equipment supports the body to ensure proper stabilization and positioning, while providing added resistance for strengthening, toning and lengthening muscles. Tower exercises incorporate several movements to stretch the hips, shoulders, and spine…you’re guaranteed to leave feeling taller and free from aches and pains.
