The Main Reasons to Take Private Lessons

Private lessons are for everyone. Have an injury? Have an achy back, knee or shoulder? Want to improve the results from your class?

These are all great reasons for a private lesson. We all have imbalances that we are typically not aware of, because they feel “normal” to us. Unfortunately, these slight imbalances can lead to overuse injuries or a chronic ache or pain in the body. Working 1:1 with our highly qualified instructors will help you:

I have been a member of Bodylines for 6 years now, the longest running membership of any club or gym that I have belonged. Pilates has helped me to eliminate my chronic back pain. I’ve gotten back some of the flexibility of my youth and have developed more upper body strength and core strength than I have ever had. If anyone is looking for a great place to do Pilates, I HIGHLY recommend checking out Bodylines Pilates. I have been going there for 4 years now. The staff, Tammy, is wicked friendly and so helpful, instructors are amazing, my routine from week is always changing because the instructors are always learning new things and techniques, my two favorite Karen and Melissa. The owner, Kim is fabulous, so full of energy, drive, experience, and always looking to learn more. There are so many different classes! Checkout their website or even stop in for a discusion to see what is available. You wont regret it!!
