This Workshop will explore: The significance of neutral spine, how to find it within your own body, and how to translate that into your Pilates practice. Kelley will teach you how to engage this deep set of muscles, which provide crucial support to your spine and pelvis.
When in neutral spine your body can activate the deep core muscles that are critical to stabilization therefore allowing you to recruit maximum strength in your extremities.
