Recipes
3/4 cup plain Greek yogurt, coconut, or soy yogurt
1/2 cup pumpkin puree
1/4 cup old-fashioned oats or granola
1/4 cup chopped walnuts
1 tbsp. hemp seeds
1-2 tsp honey or maple syrup
1/2 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
Add each ingredient to a mason jar. Chill overnight. Mix and eat!
