Back Pain? Incontinence Issues? This workshop is for anyone who has signs of incontinence (even a drip), back pain or general back aches or anyone looking to prevent these issues. You will learn: 1 – How your spine alignment can cause incomtinence and how to solve it. 2 – What neutral spine is and how to find it in your own body. 3 – Why neutral spine is important for back health, eliminating pain and how it relates to pelvic floor. 4 – How to strengthen your pelvic floor to reduce & eliminate incontinence issues.
This is a 2-part Workshop: Saturday, May 10 and May 24
The 1st hour: lecture format – learn basic anatomy & function
And during the 2nd hour: exercise based – learn home exercises and progressions
