Back Pain? Incontinence Issues?

This workshop is for anyone who has signs of incontinence (even a drip), back pain or general back aches or anyone looking to prevent these issues.

During our pelvic floor workshop you will learn:

  • How your spine alignment can cause incontinence and how to solve it
  • What neutral spine is and how to find it in your body
  • Why neutral spine is important for back health, eliminating pain and how it relates to pelvic floor
  • How to strengthen your pelvic floor to reduce & eliminate incontinence issues

1st hour – lecture format – learn basic anatomy & function

2nd hour – exercise based – learn home exercises and progressions
