We are excited to be hosting our 11th annual Pilates for Pink fundraising event this October at Gibbitt Hill. The event is to help raise financial support for the Virginia Thurston Healing Garden in Harvard. The money raised will go directly to help improve the quality of life of someone dealing with cancer right here in our own community. Care at the Healing Garden is designed to complement a client’s treatment plan and address the compounding side effects of the disease. The focus is on the physical, emotional, psycho-social, and existential distress without financial barriers for this care.
This year’s event will begin with a group Pilates mat class, followed by refreshments, silent and live auctions. We are soliciting donations for both the live and silent auction. See reverse of this letter for additional information.
We invite you to participate in this year’s event as a sponsor to assist us in our fundraising. In exchange, you will receive positive exposure for your business in the local community and be contributing to an amazing non-profit. We will commit to promoting your organization in our advertising efforts online and in print, at the event, and to provide you with a receipt for your tax purposes. Platinum Sponsor: $1,000+
