Reformer for Young Athletes Class

Location: Lancaster Studio

Tues. at 6pm – Starts June 28th

Instructor:  Kelley O’Conner

A 6 week program for high school athletes. The focus is on developing core strength/stability, while promoting flexibility. Most student athletes are really strong in the big muscle groups but lack the core strength needed to prevent injury. This becomes so much more important when they become more competitive!
