Hybird
Pilates-based, high-energy, strength & cardio workout. This class utilizes weights, resistance bands and kettlebells to give you a TOTAL body workout while incorporating Pilates moves. Core work, resistance training, agility work and mobility has proven to boost metabolism, improve balance, and posture. This high energy class will leave you feeling stronger and more confident.

In Studio
The TRX is a suspension training system using your own body weight to build strength, power, flexibility, balance, and mobility. TRX combined with Bodylines Pilates expertise completes the workout making it safe and effective.

Hybrid
Strengthen your core, improve your posture and get a full body workout that doesn’t push you and your joints to the limit. Classes focus on precise movements that originate from the core of your body & the deepest layers of muscles. You will learn to stabilize and support your spine and pelvis, which are the foundation for achieving a strong flexible body & ideal postural alignment.

Hybrid
This class is taught by a Physical Therapist Assistant or Physical Therapist. Strength, mobility, and balance are the focal points of this class to keep you strong and active!

Bodylines strength training classes will focus on a full body workout using weights, bands or your own body weight. Functional movements while focusing on ideal alignment and proper muscle recruitment.

Hyrbid
Is a total body workout that focuses on developing long, lean muscles, while improving posture and flexibility. The workout is composed of mostly body weight bearing exercises, combining elements of Pilates & Ballet, that push your muscles to fatigue.
