Find your bliss with gentle and flowing yoga postures to heighten body awareness and increase connection to yourself and your spirit. Aromatherapy and essential oils will enhance your experience, calming your body and mind. After starting with a centering meditation and breath awareness, gentle yoga postures will help you in finding freedom in your body and mind, ending with a restorative meditation to help you connect with your deepest self. Class may also include restorative postures using bolsters and blankets, as well as extended yoga nidra guided meditation.
